About me:

I was the first Zumba Instructor in the Lewiston- Auburn area. After discovering Zumba in Portland. it was my goal to bring it to Lewiston-Auburn, so that I could share this exciting, fun, effective workout!
In 2006, I completed my first Zumba Training in Dayton , Ohio, with Beto Perez. It was such an amazing experience to learn from the founder of Zumba himself, Beto Perez.
I had the unique opportunity, along with ZumbaME(www.zumbame.com), to bring Beto to Portland , Maine, in January of 2009, for a Master Class. It had been one of my goals after meeting him at my training in Dayton, Ohio.
I recently attended the 2009 Zumba Convention, and completed workshops in B2 (Zumba Basics 2) as well as ZumbAtomic( Zumba for Children).

I simply love spreading the Zumba passion in my classes.I meet so many wonderful people through teaching Zumba. I want people to have fun, and enjoy their time while taking my Zumba class.
I want to share the Zumba fitness experience with others and hope they enjoy doing something truly healthy and beneficial for themselves. Zumba combines dance and exercise, two of my favorite things in life! Most of all it's fun and effective!
